The Introduction to Revenue Assurance course, is a 6 hour, interactive online class designed to provide the professional with an overview of the telecoms industry and the role that revenue assurance plays in the successful management of telecoms risk.
Students will be familiarized with the complex terminology (jargon), technical and architectural structures and the unique approaches to revenue capture, processing and accounting that typify the telecoms industry.
