    The GRAPA- Specialist MasterClass Programs provide the manger with the opportunity to get his team more fully immersed in the complete job of managing revenue assurance activities.

    The Introduction to Revenue Assurance course, is a 6 hour, interactive online class designed to provide the professional with an overview of the telecoms industry and the role that revenue assurance plays in the successful management of telecoms risk.
